These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Temp Mail - Disposable Email mobile application (the “App”) provided by NewAgeDevs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. How the App handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Temp Mail lets you create temporary, disposable email addresses without registering, and read the emails sent to them. The addresses and inboxes are provided by Mail.tm, an independent third-party email service. The App is a client for that service. It can manage several addresses, notify you of new mail, display formatted (HTML) emails and download attachments.

The App can only receive email. It cannot send, reply to or forward messages.

Temp Mail is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mail.tm. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Mail.tm, the Email Provider

Every address you create in the App is an account on Mail.tm. Mail.tm, not NewAgeDevs, stores the address, its password, and the messages and attachments it receives. Mail.tm's own policies also apply to your use of those addresses.

We do not operate or control Mail.tm. Mail.tm may change, limit, block or discontinue its service, its domains or its programming interface at any time, and the App may then stop working in whole or in part. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of Mail.tm.

3. Temporary Addresses Are Not Private

Treat every address created in the App as public:

The email domains are shared by everyone who uses Mail.tm.
Anyone who knows an address can send mail to it.
Anyone who has an address and its password can sign in and read its inbox.
Once an address is deleted, we cannot guarantee that it will never be issued to someone else.

Do not use a temporary address to receive confidential, personal, financial, medical or otherwise sensitive information.

4. Do Not Use It for Accounts You Need to Keep

Temporary addresses are meant for short-lived sign-ups, not for accounts you want to keep or recover. Do not use an address from the App:

As the login, contact or recovery email of an account you care about, such as banking, payment, work, school, government, social media or your main email account
To receive password-reset links, account-recovery messages or one-time security codes you may need again later
For any service where losing access to the email would cause you harm

Passwords for temporary accounts are generated on your device and stored only there. We cannot see or recover them. If you delete an account, clear the App's data or uninstall the App, you may permanently lose access to that address and to every account you registered with it.

5. Messages Can Disappear

Mail.tm keeps messages only for a limited time — 7 days, according to Mail.tm — and may remove them sooner.
Deleting an account in the App permanently deletes its messages.
We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or kept.
Some websites refuse disposable addresses, so a sign-up or verification email may never arrive.
Notifications are best-effort. While the App is closed, Android limits background mail checks to about once every 15 minutes, and some devices delay or stop them.

Copy or save anything you need to keep. Do not rely on the App for important communications.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, and to comply with the terms of every website or service where you use a temporary address.

You agree that you will not use the App:

For any illegal activity, or to receive unlawful content
For fraud, phishing, identity theft or impersonation
To send, relay or facilitate spam or malware
To evade a ban, or to break the sign-up limits or terms of another service
To harass, threaten or abuse anyone
To create addresses or poll inboxes in bulk with scripts or automated tools, or to overload Mail.tm

You also agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the App or its advertising. You are solely responsible for how you use the addresses you create and for the accounts you register with them.

7. Advertising & Premium

The App is free and supported by advertising delivered through AppLovin MAX and its partner networks (Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Liftoff Monetize/Vungle and Mintegral). See our Privacy Policy for details on ad data handling.

7.1 Lifetime Premium Purchase

You may buy Premium, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through Google Play. It is not a subscription and is never billed again. Premium removes ads, lifts the free version's limits on the number of addresses and on custom usernames, adds a QR code for each address, and refreshes the inbox more often while the App is open. Premium does not change Mail.tm's limits, such as how long messages are kept.

“Lifetime” means for as long as we offer and support the App on Google Play, on devices signed in to the Google account used to buy it. It is not the lifetime of the purchaser, and it does not guarantee that the App will be available or maintained forever. Features may change as the App is updated.

7.2 Payment, Restoring and Refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms. We never see your payment details. The App restores Premium automatically when it starts, if you are signed in to the same Google account used for the purchase. Premium cannot be transferred to another Google account. Refunds are handled according to the Google Play refund policy. Request a refund from Google Play first; if Google Play refers you to us, email us. Any refund we agree to is issued through Google Play.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services: Mail.tm, Google Play, the advertising networks, and any website you open from a link in an email (links open in your browser). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or Mail.tm will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that any email will be delivered or kept, or that any website will accept a temporary address.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewAgeDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes lost or deleted emails, interruption of the service, and loss of access to any account you registered with a temporary address.

11. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature, at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. To remove your addresses from Mail.tm, delete them in the App before you uninstall it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
