By downloading or using InSaver: Reels Downloader (“InSaver”, “the app”), formerly listed as Reels Video Downloader, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. These terms replace the version dated 15 May 2026.

1. Important Disclaimer & Copyright Compliance (Play Store Compliance)

InSaver is an independent utility tool. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Threads, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Ownership of Content: The videos, photos, stories, highlights, reels and audio on Instagram and Threads belong exclusively to the people who publish or own them. We respect these legitimate rights and interests.
No Copyright Infringement: This app acts strictly as a local download tool for users to save media to their own device for their personal, non-commercial use only.
User Responsibility: You must obtain permission from the original content creator or copyright owner before downloading and utilizing their content. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement, intellectual property violation, or unauthorized sharing of the downloaded media.
Credit the Creator: We strongly recommend that you indicate the source and credit the original creator when using downloaded files.

By using this app, you agree that NewAgeDevs is not liable for any copyright strikes, account bans, or legal actions taken against you for misusing media downloaded via this application.

2. Signing in to Instagram or Threads

Public reels and posts can be downloaded without signing in. Stories, highlights and private accounts are only visible to a signed-in viewer, so the app lets you sign in on Instagram's or Threads' official login page inside its built-in browser. You sign in with Meta, not with us: InSaver never sees or stores your password, and it keeps the resulting login cookie only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can sign out at any time with Clear Cookies in the app's menu.

When you sign in, your use of Instagram and Threads remains subject to Meta's own terms, including the Instagram Terms of Use and the Threads Terms of Use. You are responsible for complying with them.
Only view and download content your account is allowed to see. Do not use the app to access content you have no right to view.
Meta may limit, challenge or restrict accounts it considers to be behaving unusually. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any action Meta takes on your account.

3. Usage Rules

You must not use the app in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app.
You must not use the app to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.
You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, impersonate or invade the privacy of others.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

InSaver is free to use with ads. It offers optional Premium plans: weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Premium removes ads and unlocks video formats of 1440p (2K) and higher where the source provides them. The current prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the Google Play Store after purchase. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases are tied to your Google Play account. Use Restore Purchase in the app to reactivate Premium on a new installation signed in to the same account.
Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.

Without Premium, a 1440p-or-higher format can be unlocked for a single download by watching a short rewarded video ad.

5. Advertising

The free version shows ads served through AppLovin MAX and the ad networks it works with. Ads are provided by third parties; we do not control their content and are not responsible for the products or services they promote. Which networks are used, and what data they collect, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. Link to Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the app:

7. Availability of the Service

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. It depends on how Instagram and Threads deliver their content, which can change at any time without notice to us. Some content may become impossible to download, temporarily or permanently, and we do not guarantee that any particular post, story or format can be downloaded. We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the app at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewAgeDevs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
