Cars to Rockets: Parking Jam ("the game") is developed and published by NewAgeDevs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and what control you have over it.

1. The short version

Your progress stays on your device. The game asks for no account and no personal details. Anonymous usage statistics go to Google's Firebase Analytics, and you can turn them off in Settings. Advertising, provided by AppLovin, collects data as described below; you can limit it, and buying No Ads stops it. Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. If you sign in to Google Play Games or Apple's Game Center, your achievements and scores go to them.

2. Information stored on your device

The game saves the following on your device. We cannot see it:

  • your progress: the levels you have won and their stars, the worlds you have opened, Daily Puzzle and Challenge results, your best Endless Drive, and a level you left unfinished, so you can carry on;
  • your coins, boosters, Garage designs and trophies, and your place in the weekly league (whose rivals are computer players, played on your device);
  • what you bought from the store (such as No Ads), and the ids of purchases already delivered, so none is delivered twice;
  • how many rewards for ads you have had today, for the daily limits;
  • your settings: sound, music, effects, vibration, colour symbols, reduced motion, usage statistics, and your answer to the ad privacy question, if you were asked.

Uninstalling the game deletes it. Products you keep, such as No Ads and the Starter Pack, come back from the store on a new device (below).

3. Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

To learn how the game is played and make it better, the game sends anonymous usage statistics to Google's Firebase Analytics:

  • how the game is played: levels started, won (stars, boosters used, time) and stuck (moves), with their world and mode; ads offered and watched (which reward, and whether it was earned); and purchases (which product, and whether it went through);
  • information Firebase collects itself: when the game is opened and for how long, the game's version, your device's model, operating system and language, your approximate country (from your IP address, which Firebase doesn't keep), and the in-app purchases made through the store (product and price);
  • a random identifier Firebase creates for this installation of the game.

They carry no name, email or account, and the game doesn't let Firebase read your device's advertising identifier or use this data for advertising. Google processes it on our behalf under its own terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

Your choice. Turn usage statistics off at any time in the game's Settings → Usage stats; nothing more is sent. The data is kept for a limited time (up to 14 months) and then deleted.

4. Advertising

The game shows ads provided by AppLovin MAX: short videos you choose to watch for a reward (free coins, a free booster, double coins after a win), and now and then an ad as you leave a level you won. To choose and measure ads, AppLovin may collect:

  • your device's advertising identifier;
  • device information, such as model, operating system version and language;
  • approximate location, from your IP address;
  • your interactions with the ads shown to you, and diagnostics about how they ran.

We do not receive or store this information. AppLovin handles it under its own privacy policy: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/

Your choices.

  • You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device's settings, which also opts you out of personalised ads. Ads then become non-personalised; they don't stop.
  • Where the law asks for consent (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game asks you itself, the first time ads start, whether AppLovin may use data from your device to show ads that suit you better. Ads respect your answer, and you can change it at any time in the game's Settings → Ad Privacy.
  • On iPhone, the system asks whether apps may track you, and the ads follow your answer.
  • The game starts AppLovin only after you have won your first level.
  • Buying No Ads ends the ads between levels and gives every reward without the video; AppLovin then doesn't start at all.

5. Purchases

The game sells coin packs, a Starter Pack and No Ads. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store: your payment details go to them and are never seen by, or sent to, the game or us. They keep their own record of your purchase under their privacy policies. Products you keep are tied to your store account, so they come back on a new device; you can also use Settings → Restore Purchases.

6. Google Play Games and Game Center

Achievements and leaderboards are optional, and work only when you are signed in to Google Play Games (on Android) or Game Center (on iPhone). Then:

  • the game sends them your achievements (the game's trophies) and your scores: levels won, total stars and your best Endless Drive;
  • your scores appear on leaderboards, under your Play Games or Game Center name, for other players to see, as your account's settings allow;
  • Google or Apple tell the game your player name, which it uses only while it runs.

Google and Apple handle this under their own privacy policies:

You can review and delete your Play Games data from your Play Games profile or Google account, and your Game Center data from your Apple account. Without signing in, the whole game plays the same, apart from the online achievements and leaderboards.

7. What the game does not do

The game does not:

  • ask for or store your name, email address, phone number or contacts;
  • access your camera, microphone, photos, files or location;
  • offer chat or any way for players to contact each other;
  • sell your personal information.

8. Children

The game is meant for players 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, under the parental controls of the player's Google or Apple account. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Keeping and deleting data

To ask us to delete your data from Cars to Rockets: Parking Jam, email imamagun94@gmail.com with the subject "Cars to Rockets: delete my data". We reply to every request. The game has no account and we run no server, so here is what is deleted, what is kept, and how to remove each kind yourself:

  • On your device (progress, coins, purchases delivered, settings): deleted when you uninstall the game. We can't reach it.
  • Usage statistics: kept by Firebase for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically. As they carry nothing that identifies you, we can't pick out yours; turning them off in Settings → Usage stats stops any more being sent.
  • Advertising data: kept by AppLovin under its own policy; reset your advertising identifier to break the link, or ask AppLovin to delete it (https://www.applovin.com/privacy/).
  • Play Games and Game Center: kept by Google or Apple; delete them from your Google or Apple account.
  • Purchases: Google Play and the App Store keep their record of your purchases under their own policies.
  • Your emails to us: deleted on request, once we have answered.

We run no server of our own and hold no account for you.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to its use, or to complain to a data protection authority. As the game holds no personal data about you on any server of ours, most requests are about the services above; contact us and we will help.

11. Changes to this policy

If the game starts handling anything not described here, this policy will change before that version ships, with a new "Last updated" date.
