Hungry Fish: Eat, Grow, Evolve ("the game") is developed and published by NewAgeDevs ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the game, or uninstall it. These terms work alongside our privacy policy.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. The game is licensed to you, not sold: we and our licensors keep all rights in it, including its code, art, music, name and logo.
2. What you may not do
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the game; copy, redistribute, sell or rent it; remove its notices; use cheats, automation or modified versions to change scores, progress or purchases; or interfere with its ads or the services it uses.
3. Coins and what they buy
The game is free to play. Coins are earned by playing, and can also be bought. Coins, skins, pets, boosts, worlds, Tide Pass+ and other in-game items are a limited licence to use them in the game: they have no money value, can't be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone, and can't be used outside the game. They are kept on your device (and in your Google Play Games or Game Center backup, if you use one), so uninstalling the game without a backup loses them, apart from the products you keep, such as No Ads, which come back from the store.
What each product gives is shown in the shop before you buy. Tide Pass+ unlocks the Tide Pass+ rewards of the season on when you buy it; a season lasts 30 days, and rewards not claimed before it ends are given when the next season starts.
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms. We never see your payment details. Refunds are granted by Google or Apple, under their policies, except where the law of your country gives you a right to one from us.
4. Ads
The game is funded by advertising:
- Ads between runs, now and then, within the limits built into the game: never during play, never for new players, and never in a session in which you bought something.
- Rewarded videos, only when you choose to watch one, for a reward in the game: keeping a run going, doubling a bonus or a daily gift, a free chest of coins, a free mission swap. They are always optional.
No Ads ends the ads between runs, and gives those rewards without the videos. It doesn't take any feature away.
The ads are supplied by AppLovin MAX and the networks it works with; we don't control what they show. If an ad is inappropriate, tell us and we will pass it on.
5. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the game, and make any purchase, only with a parent or guardian's agreement.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game, any feature of it, or the services it uses, at any time. We don't promise that it will always be available, or run on every device. Online features (leaderboards, backups, events) depend on Google's and Apple's services.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law of your country gives you.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms as the game changes; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Playing on after that means you accept it.
