Arrow Rush (“the game”) is developed and published by NewAgeDevs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game handles on Android and on iPhone, why, and what control you have over it. It replaces the policy dated 30 July 2026.
1. The short version
The game itself does not collect, transmit or store any personal information about you. We run no server, there is no account, and your progress stays on your device. Three third-party services do handle data, and they are described below:
- Advertising — the game is free and shows ads from AppLovin, which collects device identifiers and similar data to choose and measure ads (section 4). On iPhone, Apple’s tracking prompt asks your permission before your advertising identifier can be used.
- Leaderboards and achievements — Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iPhone (section 5).
- The optional Remove Ads purchase — handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store (section 6).
2. Information stored on your device
Arrow Rush saves the following locally, in the game’s own app storage on Android or iOS. The game never sends it to us, and we cannot see it:
- Level progress, stars earned and highest level unlocked
- Points and lifetime score totals
- Daily challenge results, attempts used and streak history
- Infinity mode best score and stage
- Your settings: sound effects, background music, auto hint and board-piece style, and whether you have seen the tutorial
- Whether you own Remove Ads — a single yes/no flag
Uninstalling the game deletes all of it. The game has no cloud save of its own and we have no way to restore it. Your device’s own backup — Android’s backup to your Google account, or an iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone — may include this data if you have backup turned on; that backup is under your control and we never see it.
3. Permissions
The game does not ask you to grant any permission on Android. The permissions it declares are ones Android grants automatically:
- Internet and network state (
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, andACCESS_WIFI_STATEdeclared by the AppLovin SDK) — to load ads, talk to Google Play Games and Google Play Billing, and check whether a connection is available. The game itself plays offline. - Advertising ID (
AD_ID) — lets the ad SDK read your device’s advertising identifier, subject to the controls in section 4. - Google Play Billing (
BILLING) — for the optional Remove Ads purchase. - Vibrate and Play licence check (
VIBRATE,CHECK_LICENSE) — declared by the AppLovin SDK.
On iPhone the only permission the game can ask for is App Tracking Transparency (section 4.2). It does not request location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts or any other access on either platform.
4. Advertising
4.1 What the ad service collects
The game shows interstitial ads between levels and optional rewarded ads, served through AppLovin MAX. The current version contains AppLovin’s SDK only: no other ad network’s SDK (mediation adapter) is built into the game on Android or iPhone, so ads are supplied through AppLovin and the advertisers that buy ad space from it. To select and measure ads, AppLovin may collect:
- Your device’s advertising identifier — the Google advertising ID on Android; on iPhone, the IDFA only if you allow tracking (section 4.2)
- Other device identifiers and device information such as model, operating system version, language and network type
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Your interactions with the ads shown to you
- Diagnostic data about how the ad SDK is performing, such as crashes and load times
We do not receive or store this information — we see only aggregated reports from AppLovin, such as how many ads were shown. It is handled by AppLovin under its own privacy policy, which also explains who it shares data with and how to exercise your rights with it: https://www.applovin.com/privacy/
4.2 On iPhone: App Tracking Transparency
The first time the ad system starts on iPhone, iOS shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt (“Arrow Rush uses this to show you more relevant ads. The game plays exactly the same either way.”).
- If you choose Allow, AppLovin may use your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to personalise and measure ads using data from other companies’ apps and websites.
- If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the IDFA is not made available to the game or to AppLovin. You still see ads, just less relevant ones, and nothing in the game is locked.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Ad install attribution on iPhone also uses Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which reports conversions to ad networks without identifying you.
4.3 On Android: your advertising ID
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device’s settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads on some devices), which also lets you opt out of ad personalisation. Doing so does not remove ads, but makes them non-personalised.
4.4 Remove Ads stops the ad SDK
If you buy Remove Ads (section 6), interstitial ads stop and rewarded bonuses no longer require an ad. Once the game has confirmed the purchase on your device, it no longer starts the AppLovin SDK when it launches, so no further ad data is collected through the game.
5. Leaderboards and achievements
Leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games on Android and Game Center on iPhone. When the game starts, it asks the service to sign you in. If you already use Play Games or Game Center on your device this can happen automatically; otherwise the system shows its own sign-in screen, which you can decline. While you are signed in:
- The service tells the game that you are signed in. The game does not ask for or store your name or email address, and it sends nothing about you to us.
- Your total score, Infinity best score, daily challenge score and highest level reached are submitted to public leaderboards, where other players can see them alongside your gamer name.
- Achievements you unlock are recorded against your Play Games or Game Center profile.
Play Games is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; you can review and delete Play Games data through your Google account at myaccount.google.com. Game Center is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; you can sign out of it or change its privacy settings in Settings → Game Center.
Declining sign-in leaves the entire game playable. Nothing is locked behind it apart from the leaderboards and achievements themselves.
6. Purchases
Arrow Rush offers one optional purchase, Remove Ads. It is processed entirely by Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Your payment details go to them and are never seen by, or sent to, this game or its developer.
All the game stores is a single yes/no flag on your device recording that the purchase was made. Each time the game starts it asks the store which purchases your account owns, which is what lets it restore Remove Ads after a reinstall or on a new device; you can also do this with Restore Purchases on the game’s Settings screen.
Google and Apple keep their own record of the purchase under their respective privacy policies.
7. What the game does not do
For clarity, Arrow Rush does not:
- Ask for or store your name, email address, phone number or contacts
- Request access to your camera, microphone, photos, files or location
- Contain any chat, messaging or user-to-user communication
- Include any analytics or crash-reporting SDK of its own. Google Play and Apple may give us aggregated crash reports and statistics that they collect for all apps (on iPhone, only if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers).
- Sell your personal information
8. Children
Arrow Rush is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
9. Data retention and deletion
- On-device data: deleted when you uninstall the game (or, on Android, when you clear the game’s storage).
- Advertising data: retained by AppLovin under its own policy. Reset or delete your advertising ID on Android, or turn off tracking on iPhone, to break the link with your device.
- Play Games data: delete through your Google account settings.
- Game Center data: managed through your Apple Account and the Game Center settings on your iPhone.
- Purchase records: kept by Google Play or Apple as part of your account.
- Emails to us: if you write to us, we keep your message only as long as it takes to answer it, and will delete it on request.
Because we operate no server and hold no account for you, there is no other data in our possession to request deletion of.
10. Changes to this policy
If the game starts collecting anything not described here, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the “Last updated” date at the top will change.
