NewAgeDevs builds Android applications and digital products — including media downloaders, utility tools and widgets — published on Google Play and CodeCanyon, and operates the website newagedevs.com.
Many of our downloader Apps help you save media to your own device for personal, offline use. These Apps are independent products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, WhatsApp, or any other platform whose content you may access. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will:
- Use the Products only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Respect intellectual-property rights. Only download content you own, have created, or have explicit permission to download.
- Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform you access through our Apps.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Products to infringe copyright or other rights, or to redistribute, sell, or publicly share downloaded content without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Products or their advertising.
- Use the Products to download private content of others without consent.
You are solely responsible for the content you download and how you use it.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Products, including their design, code, branding and the NewAgeDevs logo, are owned by us and protected by law. Downloading media with our Apps does not grant you any ownership of, or rights to, that media — it remains the property of its original owner.
4. Advertising & Purchases
Our free Apps are supported by advertising delivered through AppLovin MAX mediation and its partners; our website may display ads via Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad data handling.
Some Apps offer in-app purchases (such as a Premium upgrade to remove ads). Purchases through our Apps are processed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms; refunds follow Google Play policy. Products sold on CodeCanyon are subject to CodeCanyon's licensing terms.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Products rely on third-party services (Google Play, CodeCanyon, advertising networks, and the websites you browse). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular site or download will work, as third-party platforms may change at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Age Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Products — including any claims relating to content you download or how you use it.
8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue any Product, or any feature, at any time. You may stop using the Products at any time by uninstalling them or leaving the Site.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
