New Age Devs ("NewAgeDevs", "we", "us", or "our") builds and publishes Android applications and digital products (collectively, the "Apps") and operates the website newagedevs.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we and our Apps handle, how it is used, and the choices you have.

By using our Site or installing our Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Summary

  • Most of our Apps do not require you to create an account with us.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Media or files you download with our Apps are stored only on your device.
  • To keep our Apps free, we show ads served through AppLovin MAX mediation and its bidding partners (see Section 4).
  • Our website may show ads via Google AdSense and use analytics (see Section 6).

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information you provide

  • Feedback & support messages. When you contact us — through an in-app feedback form or the contact form on our website — we receive only what you choose to send us (such as your message and email address).

2.2 Information created on your device (Apps)

  • Downloaded media and files are saved to the folder you choose. They never leave your device through us.
  • App preferences (theme, settings, history) are stored locally on your device.
  • Login sessions for third-party platforms. When you sign in to a platform inside an in-app browser, the session cookies are stored locally by the system WebView so you stay signed in. You can clear them at any time.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • Advertising & analytics identifiers and basic device/usage data may be collected by our advertising and analytics partners to serve and measure ads and to understand how our Apps and Site are used (see Sections 4 and 6).

We do not knowingly collect biometric data, contacts, precise location, or the content of accounts you sign in to.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide our Apps' and Site's core features.
  • To remember your settings and improve your experience.
  • To respond to your feedback and support requests.
  • To display advertising that keeps our products free.
  • To measure performance and fix problems.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Mediation (Apps)

Our free Apps are monetised through AppLovin MAX, a mediation platform that selects ads from multiple advertising networks and real-time bidding partners. Depending on availability, ads may be served and measured by AppLovin (MAX / AppLovin Exchange), Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Liftoff (Vungle), Unity Ads, Mintegral, and other networks integrated through AppLovin MAX from time to time.

These partners may collect and process device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data to deliver relevant ads, cap frequency, and measure performance, governed by their own privacy policies:

You can limit ad personalisation at any time by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Where an App offers a Premium upgrade, purchasing it removes ads.

5. Permissions (Apps)

Depending on the App, we may request:

  • Storage / Media access — to save downloaded files and show them in-app.
  • Notifications — to show progress and optional alerts.
  • Internet / Network state — required to browse and download.

You may revoke permissions in your device settings; some features will stop working without them.

6. Our Website (newagedevs.com)

  • Google AdSense. We may display ads on our Site through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.
  • Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve the Site.
  • Cookies. The Site uses cookies for essential functionality and, where enabled, for advertising and analytics as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention & Security

Preferences and downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/EEA, CCPA/California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to opt out of personalised advertising. Because we store almost everything locally, you can exercise most of these rights directly by clearing app data or resetting your Advertising ID. For anything else, contact us.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Some Apps let you browse and download content from third-party services. We are not affiliated with these services. Your use of their content is subject to their terms; please respect copyright and only download content you are entitled to.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
