Media Saver — Privacy Policy

New Age Devs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Media Saver mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using Media Saver you agree to the practices described here.

1. Summary

  • Media Saver does not require you to create an account with us.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Media you download is stored only on your device.
  • To keep the App free, we show ads served through AppLovin MAX mediation and its bidding partners (see Section 4).

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information you provide

  • Feedback & support emails. When you use the in-app Feedback form, your message opens in your own email app and is sent to us at imamagun94@gmail.com. We receive only what you choose to write.

2.2 Information created on your device

  • Downloaded media (photos, videos, audio) is saved to the folder you choose. It never leaves your device through us.
  • App preferences (theme, default browser homepage, download quality, in-app browser history) are stored locally using Android DataStore.
  • Login sessions for third-party platforms. When you sign in to a platform inside the in-app browser, the session cookies are stored locally by the system WebView so you stay signed in. You can clear them at any time.

2.3 Information collected automatically

  • Advertising & analytics identifiers and basic device/usage data may be collected by our advertising partners to serve and measure ads (see Section 4).

We do not knowingly collect biometric data, contacts, precise location, or the content of accounts you sign in to.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide the App's core features (browsing, extracting, and downloading media you request).
  • To remember your settings and improve your experience.
  • To respond to your feedback and support requests.
  • To display advertising that keeps the App free.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Mediation

Media Saver monetises through AppLovin MAX, a mediation platform that selects ads from multiple advertising networks and real-time bidding partners. Depending on availability, ads may be served and measured by AppLovin (MAX / AppLovin Exchange), Meta Audience Network, InMobi, Liftoff (Vungle), Unity Ads, Mintegral, and other networks integrated through AppLovin MAX from time to time.

These partners may collect device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID), IP address, and ad-interaction data, governed by their own privacy policies:

You can limit ad personalisation by resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Purchasing the in-app Premium upgrade removes ads.

5. Permissions

  • Storage / Media access — to save downloaded files and show them in the in-app gallery.
  • Notifications — to show download progress and optional trending alerts.
  • Internet / Network state — required to browse and download.

You may revoke permissions in your device settings; some features will stop working without them.

6. Data Retention & Security

Preferences and downloaded media remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Media Saver is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Media Saver lets you browse and download content from third-party services (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Threads, IMDb, Vimeo, etc.). We are not affiliated with these services. Your use of their content is subject to their terms; please respect copyright and only download content you are entitled to.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
